Biography:

The role models of my work are the string instruments of the Cremones champions from the 16th to 18th centuries. But the stylistic and sound concepts of other old masters also inspire me, especially the work from the German -speaking countries. When experimenting with historical models, I am less concerned with copying the detailed, rather than exploring the connections between the construction and sound. Inevitably lead to personal influences such as working technology, tools used and stylistic feeling. I understand the most important task of implementing the sound and game -related ideas of my customers. After a successful master examination, I have been working in Leipzig since 2016. I was already looking for new challenges during my training period. So I learned the craft in numerous workshops with very different orientations. To this day I am fascinated by the beauty and complexity of my profession. Especially in the area of ​​stylistics, acoustics and paint chemistry, new questions always ask themselves. In order to achieve the best possible results, I am in exchange with musicians and colleagues and take part in conferences, workshops, competitions and exhibitions.
